Trinity Investments is on target to secure prelets on close to 70% of its £15m retail warehouse scheme in Wrexham. The developer has already signed up Argos, JJB Sports and Blockbuster and is close to a deal with T J Hughes.
Work on the 11,148 sq m (120,000 sq ft) development is due to start as soon as a controversial project to move the existing railway station 300 yards down the road is complete. Some of the cost of development has been offset by £3.5m grant through the Welsh Office.
Legat Owen is acting for Trinity.
