Sports manufacturer Umbro is looking for a 37,160 sq m (400,000 sq ft) national distribution centre on the M6 in Greater Manchester.
The firm has appointed Manchester-based Elliott & Partners to find either a site or an existing building in the region. It is understood that the search is focusing on the Runcorn area.
Umbro already has a handful of distribution buildings in the area. The new property will cater for an expanding operation.
