Vita Ventures has bought a vacant Devon office block for a student accommodation development.
The company is understood to have agreed to pay £3.7m for 36,464 sq ft Portland House on Longbrook Street in Exeter.
The site has consent for a 148-bed student housing scheme and 5,500 sq ft of space for shops and a café.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the vendor, LTC Holdings; the buyer was not represented.
