DTZ Pieda Consulting is expanding its Leeds office with five appointments to its housing, planning and regeneration teams.
Hilary Kernohan joins as director and head of regeneration and renewal consultancy. She joins from Arup where she was head of the planning and economic teams in Yorkshire.
Madeline Nelson, previously a member of Manchester council’s housing strategy division, has been appointed to the housing consultancy team as an associate director.
Emma Weight joins as a senior consultant from the London Borough of Harrow’s housing management team.
Edward Thomas, from Bradford-based O’Hearne, joins as social housing valuer, while Loughborough University graduate Jenny Cropper has been appointed assistant consultant.
Graham Connell, director of DTZ Pieda in Leeds, said: “We expect to grow our business dramatically in Yorkshire over the next three years.
