Expedia lands in Manchester

Egencia, the corporate travel arm of Expedia, has taken the 12,670 sq ft ninth floor of Three Piccadilly Place in Manchester city centre.

Quoting rents at Three Piccadilly Place are £25 per sq ft.

Other occupiers in the building include law firm Weightmans, consultants EC Harris, the NHS Strategic Health Authority and conferencing and serviced office provider Orega.

Piccadilly Place, a 670,000 sq ft office-led scheme opposite Manchester’s Piccadilly Station, is owned by The Carlyle Group and was built by Argent in 2008.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Egencia; GVA and Savills advised The Carlyle Group.
