Experian has agreed a deal to lease two floors at Endurance Land and Angelo Gordon’s 160 Blackfriars Road, SE1.
It has taken a 10-year lease and will pay £52.50 per sq ft to occupy the fifth and sixth floors, totalling 23,631 sq ft.
The credit rating firm is expanding its London footprint, adding to its headquarters at 80 Victoria Street, SW1.
The letting is the first major transaction at the building since the joint venture’s acquisition in 2016.
Endurance Land chief executive Jonathan Fletcher said: “This leasing opportunity is a result of having agreed a positive surrender with Thomson Reuters in August this year.
“The new letting supports our business plan of identifying assets close to transport hubs that have a low supply of quality space”.
Angelo, Gordon & Co and Endurance Land will continue to explore a number of asset management initiatives at the building.
GM Real Estate advised Angelo Gordon and Endurance Land; Cushman & Wakefield represented Experian.
