Express Cargo Forwarding, specialists in freight forwarding, has agreed a pre-let on 16,950 sq m (182,445 sq ft) of high bay warehousing at the mixed-use Phoenix scheme just off the A737 next to Glasgow International Airport in Scotland.
The company, part of the Irish Express Group, has taken a 25-year lease at an initial rent of £821,000 pa (£4.50 per sq ft) with an option on another 3ha (8 acres) for future expansion.
The unit will comprise: 3,712 sq m (40,000 sq ft) of low bay logistics; 1,860 sq m (20,000 sq ft) of offices; and 11,375 sq m (122,445 sq ft) of 14m high bay warehousing.
