Exterion Media is moving its London headquarters to Blackstone’s Lacon London.
The company is taking the seventh floor of the newly redeveloped 215,000 sq ft building at 84 Theobalds Rd, WC1, on a 10-year lease.
It joins transport group Arriva, which has taken 26,000 sq ft on the sixth floor of the building.
Ed Hodgson, director at Blackstone Property Management, said: “We are pleased to have leased two floors of the building combining almost 50,000 sq ft over the last two months.”
Savills and JLL are joint letting agents.
