ExtraCare Charitable Trust is set to open another two retirement villages next year offering a mixture of tenure where residents can either own outright, part-own or rent a property.
Its first mixed-tenure village is on the outskirts of Northampton, called St Crispin Retirement Village, created in partnership with the Midland Heart housing association.
The locations of the two new villages are not reported.
