EY, the accountancy business, will become anchor tenant at 25 Churchill Place, in Canary Wharf, in London’s Docklands.
The Daily Telegraph says the lease with Songbird Estates is likely to be worth up to £120m over 15 years. EY will retain its existing headquarters near London Bridge.
