Eyebright is raising up to £2m to open a chain of eye surgery clinics that specialise in cataracts.
It is raising the money on ShareMark, an internet-based share-dealing facility.
It wants to roll out 25 cataract theatres across the UK in the next five year. The first will open in Hull in April.
