Grade-A office building Jellyfish House in Surrey has been bought by F&C REIT.
Equity Partnerships (Osprey) sold the London Road property in Reigate for £3.2m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.71%.
The building is let to Jellyfish Online Marketing as its UK HQ at a rent of £230,000 pa.
Strutt & Parker acted for the vendor; Lambert Smith Hampton represented the buyer.
