The finalists in this Saturday’s FA Cup final face a vast divide in property prices, with the average house in Arsenal’s locale costing £456,210 more than a house near Aston Villa’s stadium.

The average house price in Arsenal’s N7 base now stands at £552,489. At Villa Park in Birmingham the average house costs £95,942, according to eMoov.

An average flat in Villa Park costs £63,585, compared with £459,391 in the north London borough of Islington.

Arsenal and Villa face each other on Saturday in the ninth final to be played at the new Wembley Stadium.

Wembley property prices have risen by 53% since the new stadium was built in 2007.

Since manager Arsene Wenger took the top job at Arsenal, property prices in Islington have risen by 547% – including a rise of £27,366 over the past year alone.

Villa has not qualified for an FA Cup Final since 2000, with Birmingham prices jumping by 94% since.
