Fabrix Capital has announced the acquisition of the Soho Portfolio for £19.75m.
The purchase, on behalf of a private family office, is a collection of Soho buildings, including residential, commercial and retail.
Fabrix said the acquisition was the first investment towards building a “significant estate” in Soho.
Alongside the acquisition, Fabrix also announced the launch of Fabrix Fund 2.
It has a target equity raise of £50m, with pre-commitments of £15m.
The fund will deploy equity over a three-year investment period and target an IRR of 8% over a seven-year term.
The vendor of the Soho Portfolio was a private family office.
