Developer Fabrix has bolstered its investment division with the appointment of new team members from Blackstone and Goldman Sachs.
Hayden Scillitoe (pictured above, left) has joined as vice president from Blackstone, where he spent five years as a senior associate in the real estate acquisitions group, focusing on opportunistic equity investments across Europe and working on €8bn (£6.9bn) of transactions.
Judge Williams (right) has joined as senior associate after six years at Goldman Sachs, working in the M&A investment banking and asset and wealth management divisions.
In their new roles, Scillitoe and Williams will help to launch a core strategy in industrial outdoor storage across the UK and Europe, a well as working on the firm’s existing low-carbon office refurbishment and development strategy.
Fabrix’s recent projects include its Roots in the Sky development, which involves the repurposing of the former Blackfriars Crown Court into offices with a rooftop urban forest, and the restoration of the neighbouring listed Victorian warehouse at 55 Great Suffolk Street, SE1, into offices.
