BMB Properties has unveiled plans for a 16,000 sq ft office redevelopment of the listed Princess Works building in the centre of Sheffield.
Plans for the distinctive pink brick building on Shoreham Street include additional floors and a glass gable end linking to an adjacent building.
The property is expected to rent at £15 per sq ft.
