Fairview has released the first phase of apartments and three-bedroom houses at its redevelopment of the former 265,000 sq ft (24,618m2) Lucas factory complex in Oak Lane, Finchley, London N2.
Prices at The Finches start at £52,995 for one-bedroom apartments and £63,995 for two bedrooms. Three-bedroom houses are priced from £108,950 and detached three-bedroom houses with two bathrooms at £124,950.
The Finches will have 180 homes in total, most of them flats, as well as two-, three- and four-bedroom houses on a 6.5 acre (2.63ha) site.
Development costs will be more than £3m. Landscaping and children’s play areas are included in the scheme.
Completion is due in mid-1997.
