Fairview New Homes has sold its 58-bedroom care home development in Norwood, south London, for £1.5m.
Construction of the four-floor building on a 0.7-acre site is due to begin immediately.
It will sit on Fairview’s Spectrum residential scheme.
The undisclosed care home operator was not represented. Christie + Co acted for the vendor.
