Boyer has appointed Alyson Jones (pictured right) as director in the Wokingham office. Jones is a chartered town planner with planning consultancy experience acting on behalf of developers, funds, institutions and registered providers.
Chris Shepheard-Walwyn (pictured second from right) has been appointed as senior surveyor at Farebrother in its lease advisory team, where he will assist landlord and tenant clients with rent review negotiations, lease renewals, surrenders and lease restructures. He previously worked at Hanover Green.
Keyland Developments has appointed Beth McQue (pictured second from left) as development planner. McQue is a chartered town planner and chair of the RTPI Yorkshire Young Planners Committee. She was previously a senior planner at Indigo Planning.
JLL’s Manchester-based industrial and logistics agency team has appointed Josh Downes (pictured left) as a surveyor. Robert Kos has been promoted to associate director and John Whitehurst has joined as a graduate surveyor.
BMO Global Asset Management has appointed Stewart Bennett as global head of alternatives. He will oversee the firm’s newly formed global alternatives offering, which will be incorporating its existing private equity, real estate and real estate securities businesses.
Reem Al-Jumaily has been promoted to partner at Boodle Hatfield in the residential property practice. She has extensive experience advising on residential real estate projects across prime central London.
Commercial property and investment company LCP has hired Paul Prowse as property manager for its London office. He was previously portfolio manager at Workspace Group.
Queensgate Investments has appointed Iain Morpeth as group managing director. Morpeth is experienced in commercial and transactional matters.
Law firm Birketts has appointed David Springett and Adele Dean to its housebuilder team. Springett joins as a legal director and Dean as a senior associate.
Montagu Evans has promoted housing viability specialist Will Seamer to partner. Evans specialises in preparing financial viability assessments for developers and landowners in support of planning applications and his clients include Taylor Wimpey, CIT, Inland Homes and Peabody.
AEW has appointed Quentin Verschoren as managing director and head of Luxembourg.
Rights of light and neighbourly matters specialist Barney Soanes-Cundle has relocated from the London office of Malcolm Hollis to its Manchester office on a 12-month secondment. He joined the firm in 2015.
Aitchison Raffety has promoted Gautam Sirpal to associate director in its property management division. He joined the firm in 2014 and has more than 14 years’ experience in commercial and residential management.
Venetia Taylor has joined the landed estates and agriculture team at law firm Payne Hicks Beach. She joins from Forsters.
CBRE in Leeds has appointed Tom Bailey as a quantity surveyor in the building consultancy project and cost management team. He joins from Burnley Wilson Fish. At CBRE, Bailey will provide cost management and general commercial advice to occupiers, developers, funders and investment clients.
Dale Evans has joined the Bristol office of Lambert Smith Hampton as a director in its planning team. He joins from Alder King. Evans will work alongside director Alan Pearce to develop a full planning operation across the region and provide advice to national, regional and local clients.
York-based property investor Helmsley Group has appointed Ed Harrowsmith as a director and has promoted Tom Sykes and Candice Robertshaw to associate directors.
Henry Adams has appointed Ellie White as senior planner. A chartered town planner, White will be based in Chichester and work on projects across the region.
Robertson has appointed Bryan Glass as executive director of its civil engineering business. A chartered civil engineer with more than 35 years’ industry experience, he was previously operations director in Laing O’Rourke’s infrastructure business.
George Lilley has joined Eric Wright Facilities Management as managing director. He was previously customer director at Vinci Facilities.
