JLL City of London investment director Tom Swanson has left to join Farebrother.
Swanson, who has worked in JLL’s central London investment team for the past 10 years, will join Farebrother in January as a partner.
Swanson is the fifth partner to join Farebrother this year. The advisory firm specialises in London’s Midtown market and, with joint venture company Union Street Partners, the South Bank market.
Andrew Hawkins, director, capital markets at JLL, said: “Tom has been at JLL for ten years and is now looking for a fresh challenge. We wish him all the best in his future career.”
