M&G Real Estate has secured fashion retailer Fat Face for the Gracechurch Centre in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
The retailer has signed for a 4,000 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.
Simon Phipps, retail asset manager at M&G Real Estate, said: “This deal demonstrates our strategy’s success in fulfilling occupiers’ requirements. With a rebrand of this scale and new tenants also including Topshop and Topman, we expect to continue welcoming new brands to the scheme in the near future.”
