F&C has let 256,640 sq ft of logistics space to CDS Superstores at Dearne Mills, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The firm, trading as The Range Home and Leisure, will occupy space in units 1 to 4, which are located off junction 38 of the M1. The remainder of the estate is occupied by Frozen Value.
Alex Simpkin, head of supply chain at CDS, said: “As part of our ongoing expansion and new supply chain initiatives, we were looking for flexible, additional space to facilitate our new Northern home delivery operation.”
