The Far East Consortium has submitted plans to Tower Hamlets council for a 700-home mixed-use development in the Isle of Dogs.
The scheme, at 50 Marsh Wall, E14, 63-69 and 68-70 Manilla Street, E14, will include market and affordable homes, a health centre, a primary school and a new hotel.
The FEC has gone through several rounds of public consultations regarding the plans, including holding public exhibitions in September and a community forum in November.
The development is expected to create 400 permanent jobs across retail, restaurants, hospitality and the proposed new community-led primary school.
The property and hospitality company has a presence in Hong Kong, Shanghai Kuala Lumpur, Australia and the UK.
