Federated Hermes signs tenants for Hammersmith office block

Federated Hermes has agreed more than 32,000 sq ft of office lettings at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, W6.

Software firm Process Systems has taken 20,000 sq ft on the sixth floor of the 205,000 sq ft building, while pharmaceutical support services company UBC has leased 7,200 sq ft on part of the fifth floor.

In addition, financial adviser deVere Group and IT solutions and service provider Softline have taken 2,316 sq ft and 1,400 sq ft respectively on the second floor, while K&G Recruitment has leased 1,800 sq ft on the first floor.

The building was acquired in March 2015 by Hermes IM for £131m, according to Radius Data Exchange.

Quoting rents at the property are £49.50 per sq ft.

Hanover Green advised Federated Hermes on the deals.
