Hutchinson Ports, which owns the Port of Felixstowe, is soon to submit plans to build a 1.5m sq ft logistics park on 68 acres at the site.
Sheds with sized up to 800,000 sq ft could be built as early as summer 2015, pending planning consent.
The site is near berths eight and nine at the port, where Uniserve recently received planning for a 500,000 sq ft shed.
First Industrial is advising on planning. Bidwells and Cushman & Wakefield are marketing for Hutchinson Ports.
