The Royal Courts of Justice has chosen Delancey and Insight Investment’s Rolls and Arnold House, in Fetter Lane, in the City of London, for an extension to its Victorian Gothic building in the Strand.
The extension will be a specialised conversion which is expected to be reflected in the rent.
