Field Fisher Waterhouse has completed its deal to take 80,000 sq ft at Riverbank House, EC4 , on a sublet from Man Group.
The law firm will pay rents in the region of £50 per sq ft on a lease expiring in 2026.
It is the second large City legal deal to sign in as many weeks, following CMS Cameron McKenna’s completion on 140,000 sq ft at Cannon Place.
Field Fisher will vacate 130,000 sq ft at 35 Vine Street and Ibex House , both EC3.
Riverbank House was developed for Man Group by Helical Bar and forward sold to Evans Randall in 2006 for £300m.
Knight Frank advised FFW; James Andrew International and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Man Group.
