Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) and Stoford Developments has got the final go-ahead for a 340,000 sq ft warehouse on an 18-acre brownfield site at Spa Park in Leamington Spa.
Detailed consent has been granted for a national distribution centre for Wolseley, the UK’s biggest plumbing and building merchant group, which will also occupy the adjoining 63,250 sq ft office block as its UK HQ from July.
The two units form the £100m second phase of development at Spa Park, located close to the M40.
Wolseley, the UK’s biggest plumbing and building merchant group, is consolidating its UK-wide network of 14 offices.
It paid MLIM and its development partner, Stoford, £10.9m for the site last August.
