Terrace Hill Group has prelet the final phase of its 5,574 sq m (60,000 sq ft) Enterprise Zone development in Stafford Park, Telford, Shropshire.
The 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) new industrial facility has been taken by Ammeraal, a subsidiary of the Dutch multi-national Gamma Holdings, on a 25 year lease with five yearly reviews at £53.82 per sq m (£5 per sq ft). A sale of the completed investment is currently being sought.
Terrace Hill Group represented itself throughout. Ammeraal was represented by Corporate Property.
