Final tenants sign at Brighton’s CityView

CityView-BrightonIT infrastructure provider Ideal Networks has taken the remaining space at McAleer & Rushe’s CityView office scheme in Brighton.

The company has taken a 10-year lease on 11,6000 sq ft in the building, which will provide 32,000 sq ft of office space next to Brighton station.

Other tenants at the scheme are Unity Technologies, which has taken 16,120 sq ft over three floors, and RocketMill, which occupies the 4,350 sq ft garden level.

Angus Monteith, development manager at McAleer & Rushe, said: “There is considerable demand from international TMT occupiers who want the best grade-A office space in Brighton. There is now an extremely positive rental and income growth story given Brighton’s recognised quality of life advantages over other locations close to London.”

Knight Frank and Stiles Harold Williams advised McAleer & Rushe. Flude Commercial represented Ideal Networks.
