Final units snapped up at Regency Wharf

RegencyWharf-THUMB.jpegKaraoke Box and Rub Smokehouse have taken the final two restaurants at Picton’s Regency Wharf in Birmingham.

The new site will be Karaoke Box’s first bar outside London, and it has signed a 15-year lease at £80,000 per annum for 5,500 sq ft in the scheme’s courtyard.

Nottingham-based restaurant group Rub Smokehouse has signed a 15-year lease on the 7,500 sq ft ‘Sky Bar’ unit at a rent of £70,000 per annum.

Laurence Jones, senior asset manager at Picton Capital Limited, said: “With Karaoke Box and Rub Smokehouse now signed, Regency Wharf is on track to reach its full potential.”

Bilfinger GVA and Wright Silverwood advised Picton on the lettings.
