Financial services firm Atkin & Co has signed a 10-year lease on a new Midlands headquarters in Birmingham’s Blythe Valley Park.
The company has taken the 5,300 sq ft office in Cornwall House, which is developed and managed by Liberty Property Trust in partnership with Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate.
The firm is understood to be paying around £19.50 per sq ft.
The pension scheme administrator, which has been in business for nearly 20 years, was previously based at Hatton in Warwickshire.
Managing director Chris Atkin said: “Over the past two years we have seen an unprecedented amount of growth across the business which led to us taking the decision to move to bigger offices.”
