TH Real Estate promotes Neal
TH Real Estate has promoted Michael Neal to head of UK investment. Neal was formerly fund manager of the Henderson UK Retail Warehouse Fund. His new role is newly created but prior to his appointment Mike Sales, co-head of TH Real Estate, led investment across the UK. Jamie Johnson will replace Neal.
GPE appoints Hampton
Great Portland Estates has appointed Nick Hampton as a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee. Hampton has been chief financial officer of Tate & Lyle since 2014.
Schroder REIT eyes share sale
Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust has proposed a new ordinary share placing to raise funds to purchase a deal pipeline valued at around €150m (£135m). The company has €45m of cash. The placing will close on 21 October, with the share price determined on 20 October. Numis and PSG Capital are acting as joint placing agents.
