Aeriance-THUMBDouble signing for Aeriance

Aeriance Investments has appointed Seb Sims to its origination team and Neil Sargent as general counsel. Sims joins from RBS, where he was on the real estate restructuring team. While at the bank he was responsible for restructuring more than £3.5bn of transactions and acted as an adviser on the EPIC securitisation series. Sargent joins from Eversheds, where he was a senior associate.

 Penny slots in at EY

EY has appointed former JP Morgan banker Andrew Penny as a senior adviser to its corporate finance team. Penny was previously global co-head of real estate investment banking at the US investment bank. He will work alongside head of real estate corporate finance Fraser Greenshields.

 Quigley digs in at Titlestone

Titlestone Property Finance has hired Mark Quigley as a relationship director. Previously head of real estate, eastern region at Barclays, Quigley has joined Titlestone to work in the student housing, commercial property and residential sectors. Quigley had been with Barclays since 2001 and specialised in student accommodation finance.
