Financial crime compliance firm signs for City office

Financial services firm Campion Willcocks Compliance has signed for office space at 55 King William Street, EC4.

The firm, which specialises in anti-money laundering, sanctions and tax solutions, will move into a circa 3,000 sq ft section of the sixth floor at a rent of £75 per sq ft.

The lease for the space, which is fully fitted, spans five years.

CW Compliance is relocating from nearby premises at 1 King William Street, EC4.

The firm will share the same floor as EV charging station provider Char.gy, which signed for around 4,000 sq ft at the building last year. The charging firm took the space for its new London headquarters, relocating from Spitalfields, E1
