Finchatton has confirmed its partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to operate private residences at its 20 Grosvenor Square scheme in Mayfair, W1.
Opening in 2018, the 37 homes will be the first Four Seasons private residences to be operated independently of a Four Seasons hotel or resort.
Services include in-residence dining and catering, concierge, housekeeping, salon and spa, grocery stocking, event planning, childcare, pet care, and transportation and business services.
The 250,000 sq ft luxury development will also include a private wine cellar, a spa with a 25m swimming pool, a treatment suite with steam room and sauna, a gym, games room, cinema, business suite, a garden room and private landscaped gardens.

The hotel chain currently operates 33 branded private residential properties around the world, with three quarters of its future projects including a residential component.
Finchatton currently has in excess of £1.3bn worth of development in the pipeline.
