Aga Foodservice has paid £29.5m for Fired Earth.
Fired Earth has 46-55 showrooms and out-of-town stores selling paints and ceramics.
Aga is based in the Midlands. Its only presence inside the M25 has been the opening of its Knightsbridge store in February.
