Real estate investor and developer Firethorn Trust has launched a residential platform with the appointment of Marcus Weeks.
Week’s role will focus on purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent. He will head up the new Firethorn Living business as director and head of living.
Weeks (pictured) was previously the acquisitions and development director at Unite Group for six years. Prior to this he was at CBRE for three years in its capital advisory and student accommodation divisions, where he advised large banks, owners, developers, and investors.
