First Base and Patron Capital have won planning for the £100m redevelopment of the former AMEX House in Brighton.
Brighton & Hove City Council approved plans for a mixed-use scheme that will deliver 160,000 sq ft of Grade A offices.
Edward Street Quarter will also deliver 168 new homes and was designed by BuckleyGrayYeoman.
CBRE advised First Base on planning.
