Peel has received consent for a 100,000 sq ft grade-A office at Liverpool Waters.
William Jessop House, in the Mersey Waters Enterprise Zone, was approved unanimously by Liverpool’s planning committee on 9 June.
The eight-storey building at Princes Dock is the first detailed consent for the £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme since it received outline planning in 2013. The block will have 10,000 sq ft floorplates and an option for leisure on the ground floor.
