First Leisure is circling the collection of 25 restaurants and nightclubs put up for sale by Eurocamp, which includes such famous names as dell’Ugo in London’s Soho and the trendy Cafe de Paris in Leicester square.
Chorion, the leisure company formerly known as the Trocadero, is also said to be eyeing the businesses.
Eurocamp inherited the restaurants after its £34.7m takeover of Baldwin, the holiday camp and lesiure firm.
But any purchaser has to wait for Baldwin shareholder Tan Sin Bin who has a six week option to see whether he buys the sites.
