First Leisure is set to sell its family entertainment division to Duke Street Capital and Allied Leisure for £110m.
The acquisition will give Allied control of 56 sites making it the UK’s biggest ten-pin bowling operator.
The deal also includes the Trecco Bay caravan park in Wales and the Snowdrome ski slope in Shropshire.
