Law firm Corker Binning and health assessment specialist Preventicum have become the first occupiers to sign up to the Cursitor Building on Chancery Lane, WC1.
Aberdeen Asset Management and Endurance Land have redeveloped the building at 38 Chancery Lane to comprise 65,952 sq ft of offices over eight levels with roof terraces and views over London on the upper floors.
Corker Binning, a criminal defence, fraud and regulatory legal firm, has agreed a 10-year lease on the 6,049 sq ft sixth floor at a rent of £72 per sq ft.
Preventicum, the London Centre of Preventive Medicine, has taken a 15-year lease on 10,812 sq ft of space on the ground and lower ground floor at a rent of £66 per sq ft.
Pure Sports Medicine, a sports injury and rehabilitation clinic, will occupy the retail unit on the ground and lower ground floors on a 10-year lease at a total annual rent of £150,000.
Aberdeen Asset Management acquired the site from Delancey in 2006 for £35m.
