Battersea Power Station has unveiled its 200,000 sq ft, Foster + Partners-designed workplace, as the wider scheme prepares to open this autumn.
Set to complete next summer, 50 Electric Boulevard will launch to the market in the coming months with CBRE and Knight Frank as letting agents.
The building is set to the south of the Grade II* listed power station. It includes terraces throughout the building and has been designed with technology and sustainability “at its heart”, Battersea Power Station Development Company said.
