First Paternoster Square letting since completion

CGI and City Office’s 1 Paternoster Square, EC4, has been let to Lexicon Partners at £50 per sq ft (£538 per sq m).

Lexicon Partners, a financial services advisory boutique, has taken the entire 15,600 sq ft (167,923 sq m) four-storey building, on a 16-year lease with a break option in year six.

This letting is the first office transaction on Paternoster Square following the initial prelets to Goldman Sachs, the Stock Exchange and what was then CB Hillier Parker, now CB Richard Ellis.

CBRE moved to its new City office at St Martin’s Court, 10 Paternoster Row this week.

DTZ and FPDSavills advised CGI and City Offices on the deal and are also marketing 64,000 sq ft (5,946 sq m) in the adjacent Paternoster House for the developers.

Kinney Green represented Lexicon Partners.
