AIM-listed fund manager First Property has hired Arnold Musisi as head of development for the UK.
Musisi, who will lead the group’s development strategy across the UK, will report to UK director of fund management Martin Pryce.
Musisi, who has a 12-year track record in the industry, joins from DiverseCity Surveyors, where he was head of member engagement.
Pryce said: “I am delighted to welcome Arnold to our team. His market experience and knowledge will be a real asset to the company and the funds we manage. As the group looks to expand its activities in the UK, Arnold will be a key element of this growth.”
