Rowan Asset Management has secured its first office tenant at the refurbished Aldwych House, WC2.
Wasserman Media Group is under offer to take 20,000 sq ft in the 168,000 sq ft building on the seventh and part of the sixth floors, where quoting rents are £65 per sq ft.
Rowan unveiled the latest 90,000 sq ft phase of the £30m refurbishment project in September following the completion and letting of ground floor restaurant to ROKA last year.
Farebrother and CBRE are joint leasing agents.
