Strathclyde Regional Council Pension Fund and asset manager DTZ Investment Management has secured its first tenant at the refurbished Linkway retail park in Cannock, Staffordshire.
High street retailer Next has signed to take a 7,500 sq ft store with a full-sized mezzanine at the 103,000 sq ft park. It will pay £17 per sq ft.
Terms are also close to being agreed with Brantano and Halfords.
Thompson Heaney is letting agent at the scheme.
