Global recruitment firm SThree Group is the first tenant to take space at the newly refurbished 10 Temple Street in Birmingham city centre.
The company has taken 10,035 sq ft on the building’s 4th and 5th floors on a 10-year lease as it consolidates staff from a number of existing offices across the city.
The building, owned by Freshwater Group, provides 35,707 sq ft of office accommodation over eight floors.

The 10 Temple Street scheme is being marketed jointly by JLL and KWB.
