Delancey has fully let the first two phases of Proxima Park in Hampshire, following a deal with UK packaging supplier Kite Packaging.
Kite has leased the 41,570 sq ft Unit 320 on a 15-year lease, with a tenant only break in year 10.
In total, the first two phases comprise 15 units with 189,000 sq ft of space let to tenants including Rentokil, Pelham Healthcare and Coopers Fire.
All units are rated BREEAM Excellent and EPC A and the scheme includes bicycle spaces and EV parking bays to encourage environmentally conscious commuting for workers at the site.
The 24-acre Proxima Park is in the established Waterlooville town industrial area, two miles from the A3(M) and seven miles from the M27.
Outline consent is already in place for the 284,000 sq ft third phase.
Delancey was advised by CBRE and Vail Williams, in conjunction with Equation Properties.
